I couldn’t open the key box on arrival, but I contacted the local rep (Hayley) and within 15 minutes she had arrived and sorted everything out. Excellent. The apartment was exactly as described and just what we needed as were attending a wedding a short walk away.

A lovely property, well maintained property in a great location. It's a very short walk down to Carbis Bay Beach and super convenient for going to the Carbis Bay Hotel. Steve was very responsive + helpful and had kindly provided a few welcome gifts, including a much appreciated pint of milk + some wine!
