Well situated, everything you need is walking distance. The flat is well equipped and comfortable!!

Excellent location, close to grocery shops, pharmacy and such. Fairly noisy neighbourhood, but ok at night. Safe and secure block of flats, and the neighbourhood is safe to walk around, at least during daylight hours.

Nice location near university of Cape Town. 15-20 minute drive to airport. Great view from balcony.
