The location was excellent, close to so many great restaurants and the CTICC, where we were working. It was also very safe, and the building itself had a courier guy kiosk which was great for receiving parcels.

The place is secured and love the underground parking, I didnt ise my vehicle the whole weekend because the location is very close to all amnities, Soughated Team is friendly and helpful.

The location of the apartment made it super convenient, most places to go to were walking distance or a less than 10 minute uber which saves on transport costs. Impeccable natural light with a glimpse of Table Mountain in the background of a skyscraper Great pool and gym facilities Overall, the apartment and building was beautiful, enjoyed the various options of lighting in the apartment and self catering facilities were great
