Total immersion in the forrest! We loved the open lodge, the pit fire, great walks in the rainforest from our doorstep and amazing swimming holes totally private. For nature lovers, the best place to stay in Cape Tribulation! We saw plenty of cassowaries in the wild, birds and night nature sounds… amazing 🤩 Lynette was a fabulous host 👍

Stayed at Ridge House 2 nights with kids. It's a fabulous remote rainforest location with spectacular views down to the ocean. Just amazing. The house has no walls but mozzie nets over the beds. Also no phone or wifi so forced digital detox. Outdoor shower/bath surrounded by bush. Hammock and couches looking out from the deck. Kitchen equipped with basics. Plenty to do at the camp itself - particularly enjoyed swimming in the creek back at the main camp. Hosts super friendly. Honestly a place you could just come to chill out at and not leave.

The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable, the huts are comfortable and everything you could need to enjoy a relaxing stay. The trails, however, absolutely made my trip! They were beautiful and I was keen to get out each day and walk them then come back and enjoy a dip in the water holes on the property. This means it’s up to you whether you even leave Noah’s or whether you just stay and relax and enjoy everything it has to offer! The nature viewing is amazing!
