We checked in a little after 6 pm. The staff were fantastic, especially the night staff, who were very attentive, and the security around the property was impressive. However, the reception area and lift waiting areas felt run-down and neglected, giving the whole place a somewhat dodgy appearance. Initially, I had concerns about cleanliness and overall standard, but our room and the waiting area was a pleasant surprise - well-maintained, beautifully decorated, and living up to its advertisement. That said, the common welcoming area didn't quite meet the same standards, which might be off-putting for guests checking in later in the day. On a more positive note, once the restaurant and bar opened during the day, they added to the atmosphere and gave the area a safe and professional feel that was lacking when they were closed.

The room was very neat and we had great views. The pool area was also very nice and kept neat. We had no problems with hot water and the wofi connection was also very good.
