Sofia “Fantastic stay in the centre of the Côte d'Azur”

The apartment is super comfortable for 2 or 4 people. Two bathrooms with showers are ideal. The two terraces overlooking the sea are wonderful and allow you to take advantage of the outdoor space, the sea view and the sun without moving from home. The location is great: 2 minutes walk from the station which takes you to Nice, Monaco and Menton, you don't need a car to get around. Even by car, however, it is very convenient because there is a secure and private car park inside the residence. Also two minutes away is the beach and a very nice seaside restaurant. The house has direct access to the coastal walking path to Mala Beach (10 minutes' walk) or to Monaco (30 minutes' walk). The kitchen is superbly stocked and everything you need is provided, but if anything is missing there is a supermarket 5 minutes' walk away.

Great south facing balconies overlooking St Jean Cap Ferrat. Spacious, comfortable and very clean. Alexandre was extremely helpful. Very close to the train station (we didn't have a car with us.) There are a couple of supermarkets, bread shops, cafes nearby but Cap D'ail is a quiet place. (Monaco is only 3 minutes away by train so we had plenty to do there.)

It has a stunning view from the balcony to the sea. The apartment has everything what the family might need for comfortable stay. Airconditioned in the leaving and a sleeping area. 2 bathrooms were very handy and the sleeping space in the leaving room is very handy as it has 2 separate mattress beds under 2 sofas. It is also in a very beautiful residential area with own parking place, pool and a garage. The train stop is just downstairs of the residential area, making it easy to travel to Monaco or Nice. Going to Monte-Carlo by train is 1 stop of 3 minutes and by car 7 min drive. Grocery shop and a good bakery are in 5 min walk. There is a small rocky beach down the apartment but not very comfortable. In about 10 -12 min walk there is a public beach.
