The most amazing place to stay. So relaxing!! Sitting on the porch watching the deer was the highlight of our stay. The food to feed them was such an amazing touch!! Never have we fed deer by hand before. Something we will never forget. Thank you so much

The location was beautiful however, we were booked in a room that was not fully prepared for our stay. The bedroom blinds was broken with the supporting blind string tied to accommodate the support of the blinds. We were unable to fix the blinds to block the view from others seeing inside our room. We called the service desk and complained about the issues as is was not acceptable to have a nonfunctional blind in the room which we would be sleeping. The service desk specialist was very understanding and informed us that they will look into the issue. The service desk specialist called us back informing us that they have arranged for us to stay in another room, to our surprise it was the grand loge room with lots of room and space and a hot tube. We enjoyed our stay in the grand loge cabin and we're looking forwaed to coming back to Canyon Lakeview soon. Thank you to the service desk specialist for her assistance and understanding, she was very helpful and pleasant.
