The fine print
Please be aware that if we experience extreme heavy rain for a few days straight the property becomes inaccessible. On the rare occasion that this happens you will be refunded in full.If you would like to bring a pet please message us prior and we will do our best to accommodate.The property is private and secluded, access is via a long steep 1.2km driveway.
The first half of the driveway is concrete and the second half is bitumen however the bitumen has suffered with all the rain we have had and it’s a bit rough in areas but the destination is worth it!Please note you will need your own vehicle to access the property.We do not provide alcohol at the bar you must BYO.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The space was beautiful and amazing for a bigger group of people. Even though it rained all weekend, the airbnb was so nice and spacious that it didn't feel crammed to be indoors a lot of the time. Absolutely lovely space eoth great amenities.

The house is amazing and location is stunning for a large group family weekend away. Siobhan was a great host, plenty of space for the kids to run around and have fun. We had a great time sitting by the outdoor fire, the kids loved visiting the chickens each morning. We are already planning our next family weekend there!

The property was spacious. It was isolated and the location around the creek was perfect for an extended family gathering. Interior decor was beautiful. Couldn’t have asked for more. Made so many memories and I’d book the place again for sure next year.
