The fine print
On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi. Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Lovely cottage right in the middle of Canterbury, just a few minutes walk from the shops and Marlowe Theatre. Clean and well equipped.

Loved the cottage and location. Very charming and situated on the river. The cottage has everything that one needs to stay for a number of days. The downstairs loo is a great advantage as well. Close to the centre of the city. Go to the Goods Shed for dinner, fabulous.

Lovely view from my window .Quiet area and comfortable beds. Easily walkable to town and not far from rail and bus stations.
