I couldn't fault the property - it was exactly as depicted on the Booking.com website. My comments have to be a list of superlatives. The prior communication that we received from Property by Polygon was exceptional as was the continuing communication during our stay to check that everything was OK. The house is inside a small gated community, with secure parking for one vehicle and no more than a 10 minute stroll to the centre of Canterbury. There is a large supermarket within 2 minutes walk. The property managers had 'gone the extra mile' to ensure that the house was extremely well appointed - a fact that my daughter (an experienced Airbnber) wanted me to point out. Clearly a great deal of thought had gone into equipping the house. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean and nicely decorated. If we had an occasion to visit Canterbury again, we would definitely try and book it for our stay.

Amazing property, very close to the town center. Very clean and comfy. Great communication with the host, was very easy to follow their instructions and check in.

Location is great accessible to town centre and mini marts. We are happy to be there and enjoyed the historical town of Canterbury.
