The fine print
- The house is split in two and the host lives in the converted rear of the property served by a separate entrance.- There are no cooking or laundry facilities in the property.- The bathroom is an ensuite of the master bedroom.- A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required. The property charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

The house is in a great location for visiting the town centre and attractions. It was clean, tidy and comfortable. It was nice to relax in the evening watching tv ( Netflix and all catch up channels provided) Easy to get in with door code and host arranged a parking permit for us. It was very hot when we stayed so the fan by the bed was very welcome.

The door code was super handy, not having to worry about a key was great. Location was absolutely perfect and the place was comfy and clean.
