I really liked the bedroom as it was light and airy and a very decent size. The en suite bathroom was clean and a good size and well maintained.

Near town centre, car parking space, large room and large bathroom, bar with space to sit to chat or read. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast simple but plenty of it and well presented. Easy to find, driving into Canterbury and easy to get out of town again.

Breakfast was continental, but with good variety. Liked the garden area, pleasant to sit in on a sunny day. Room & bathroom very spacious, bed enormous, high ceilings, opening windows, and 2 good fans- very useful in this current heatwave! Hotel directly on a busy roundabout so traffic noise a problem if windows open. But only 10 mins walk into centre of Canterbury so location good overall. And hotel has its own carpark, very convenient.

The great location (easy 10-15 minute walk to the High Street), free parking, helpful staff, the attractive garden (a few more tables/chairs might encourage more guests to take advantage of this maybe.)
