Interesting house, unlike a typical boring hotel. There was a nice flower garden with fontain, the room was quite spacious and full english breakfast was amazing. A nice pub The Monument nearby, also close to the railtoad from London and to a bus station to Wistable. Finally, a good shower door without leaks.

Hotel is in a fantastic location, 5 minute walk from the station and less than 10 minute walk into centre, yet hotel in really quiet road. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and had everything needed for a comfortable stay, even a fridge which was great as weather was very hot. The bed was really comfortable.
