Perfect for breakfast, sunsets, or just sitting back and soaking in the view. 🤩 Garden & Pool 🌳 🍊 On the gated property (entry by key), there’s a real garden: • a mandarin tree • blooming shrubs • palm trees • leafy greenery Some pathways are covered in moss, adding a fairy-tale vibe to the whole space. And yes — there’s even a pool right in the garden! ✅Interior & Amenities Every detail in the studio is well thought out: • king-size bed (180 cm) • cozy sofa • dining area & modern kitchen • quality appliances (including dishwasher & washing machine) • AC, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, TV, coffee machine, toaster, microwave The interior is minimalist but cozy. A designer divider in the center of the room smartly zones the space. 🌟Location Great spot — just a 15–20 minute walk to: • La Croisette beach • Palais des Festivals • Rue d’Antibes and the Carré d’Or district with shops and restaurants About 10 minutes to the train station and airport shuttle stop. • Getting to the apartment is easy — the walk is mostly flat, except for a small slope right near the entrance that takes just 2 minutes on foot.

The property is in a great location with beautiful views. It has a large balcony with sun beds and was a great place to relax. Check in and check out were easy and there was great communication with friendly host. Would highly recommend.
