We lived with a colleague in an apartment in October during the mipcom. The location is very good, 15 minutes from the main building where the conference takes place. Nearby there are a couple of shops within walking distance. You can walk to the train station. The apartment is not noisy with the windows closed. The hosts are polite and punctual - everything was clear. There was a compliment (Rose wine) for which I thank them very much=)

I loved everything. The apartament is comfortable and well equipped. Close to every facility and to the city centre. A special note to how Madame Radia welcomed me. Next time I'll be in Cannes, I will come back to this very nice place.

Host’s responsiveness. Telephone and personal communications. Car parking and places where we could lock our bikes, IN the building. We liked the balcony and the efficient operation of the air conditioning unit. Useful and practical written details for our staying in Cannes, found in the appartment.
