After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.
For self-check-in, a key box is available.
Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
The security deposit required is €500.
A copy of your ID may be requested before your arrival.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
The apartment is non-smoking.
Please dispose of your trash before leaving and ensure the kitchen area is clean. Otherwise, a deduction from the security deposit will be made.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Location is very good. Close to the city and the waterfront, but still quite calm for a town on the Cote d'Azur. There are quite nice gardens in front of and behind the house. You get a lot of space with three bedrooms and the two bathrooms.

the location is fantastic and the rooms are very comfortable. the Staff made a discount due to the conditions of the house and the fact that nobody showed up at the check out. they also send people to clean the house on the second day after our complaints.
