Great location. Large, spacious and really well maintained and presented apartment. Very clean and well equipped kitchenette. Good aircon system. Pleasant balcony area with good space to sit and eat outside Bathroom spotless and well equipped, including a washing machine

Everything was perfect, the caretakers were most accomodating and helpful in every regard, from helping with the questions about the city to extending their hand and helping out with more serious things. The police station is 2 minutes away on foot so it's a very secure location too. If it's your first time travelling to Cannes you will not regret choosing Eden Residence because if you ever need help, they will jump in to help you.
