It was our first time staying in an apartment not directly on the beachfront, but a bit further away. We actually really liked the location — it’s close to the city center, with shops and everything you need nearby. We lived among the locals, and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The apartment has everything needed for everyday living. It’s not very big, but it’s quiet and comfortable. The biggest advantage is the garden — it’s a fantastic feature in summer. You can really enjoy spending time outdoors, and the atmosphere is very private. ⸻ The apartment owner, Jean-Claude Brams, and his wife Marie-Laure are very kind and friendly people. They were always approachable and responded quickly to my questions

We love it. Third stay here. Great location if you love Cannes but just want to stay somewhere off the beaten track but still ten mins walk from the Palais. Great wi Fi. Good choice of TV channels. Lots of kitchen equipment, large fridge, good electric cooker, two keys etc

Very nice host and Mr. Daniel from the service. Spacious apartment, comfortably furnished kitchen with access to the green terrace.The hotel is very well located, close to everything . I recommend to everyone.
