balcony was really for mornings, afternoons and evenings. well equipped kitchen. very friendly and helpful host. ac was a lifesaver in the weather we had. very spacious, comfortable to live in. good location, nice neighbourhood. was very convenient to have a supermarket (Carrefour) just outside the door.

Wowww..this i can say, one of the best apartament i stayed , the terrasse is a plus, you are close to the beach..centrum..u can feel the vibe of Cannes., Apartament is clean..u have all you need is you stay for some days, the host is so nice and attent. You will make a good choice if u choose. !!!

A truly welcoming stay! It's the little touches that showed real care— plenty of towels, bottled water (even one chilled in the fridge!), and a lovely fresh scent like your favorite fabric softener. The travel-size toiletries were such a thoughtful bonus, especially for someone not packing shampoo. Everything felt clean, cozy, and very accommodating-like a real home away from home. Highly recommended!
