It was spacious, clean,well equipped, loved having a garage instead of parking on the streets. Big grocery stores on a short drive.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom facilities were good and the kitchen had all that we needed for self catering. The view of the Atlantic from the sitting room was wonderful and it was fascinating to see the weather systems pass by along the coastline. There was a small balcony so that we could enjoy the fresh air. Guido was very friendly and helpful and easy to WhatsApp. A designated parking space in the apartment garage meant that we did not worry about where to put the car. We were touched by the beautiful chocolate cake which he gave us which had been made by his wife.

A spacious apartment, equipped with everything you might need, offering a view of the ocean and, importantly, a private parking space in the underground garage. Wonderful, kind hosts. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, and there was also a lovely welcome surprise. Thank you!

The apartment is spacious, very clean and the host Guido is a fantastic guy to deal with. I was in touch prior to our arrival, he was always responsive and helpful and helped us arrange a car for the week. If you bring your own car, you will have an underground parking spot. We also appreciated the surprise cake :) The apartment itself is in a residential apartment complex which itself is very quiet. Very closely located to the beach, and a bus stop for a bus to go to Funchal, shops are a bit of a walk away (downhill).
