All events (where occupancy exceeds 1.5 times the sleeping capacity) requires prior approval by the Management at least 6 weeks prior to your arrival and a professional Event Organiser must be appointed for the event. Please note that events without our prior approval are strictly prohibited and will result in booking cancellation without refund of all monies paid.”IMPORTANT:
There are currently other properties being constructed nearby our property. Typically, construction work is carried out Monday - Sunday between 8am - 5pm.
Rates have been reduced taking into consideration the high likelihood of some disturbances caused to guests occupying our property. Guests making a booking at our property fully understand that no further concessions will be made.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

the villa was stunning! all the rooms were very comfortable. we had an issue with one of the aircons not working but as soon as we told the staff they had a technician come out to fix it that day. Would recommend to my friends and stay again!
