The property was amazing. I travelled with pet and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean spacious and well maintenance. Due to heavy rain few places ceiling came off but the staff was attentive and changed our room within few minutes of the request

Everything about the hotel is awesome. The food is to die for, the buffet breakfast is lavish. Must try the dimsums, cocktails and mocktails..they were yumm. 😋 The Spa is quite good which makes you feel more relaxed. They also have a nanny to take care of kids in the play area which is one of the best parts if you are with kids to get some me time. Must say, the GM of the hotel, Mr. Ameya went out of his way to make our stay a memorable one and pampered us to the core, we were glad to have met him. He is a true hospitality gem and will ensure that one has a comfortable and relaxing stay. Thanks to him for all the special arrangements done for us and upgrading us to a room with Jacuzzi, my kid had a lovely time. Will definitely come back! The room with Jacuzzi and private pool has an amazing view and it becomes even more beautiful when it rains. Would suggest staying in this property especially if with kids ..a must try. Kudos to the entire team at Grand Mercure! Keep up the good work!!
