Location is quite Staff is very friendly and helpful Resort isn't too busy Lots of lovely, tropical gardens Great location for activities/day trips to the north and east.

The view,and pools are fabulous. Our beach bungalow was perfect and exactly what we had booked. It's nice to sit on the front porch and enjoy the ocean views . The food was definitely a highlight for me. I am Coeliac, and each restaurant had a good variety of GF choices which were cooked separately, and all delicious. We don't normally eaten within the hotel, but this time I did ,and each meal was reasonably priced and delicious. I was very appreciative of being able to eat without any issues.

Absolutely everything. There’s nothing I can complain about. I will definitely be returning. From the time we arrived and were greeted by the lovely Agung all the way to the end when we checked out. The staff is extremely friendly, the resort is beyond stunning.
