We stayed just one night but it was the most fun night out of our 10 days in Mexico. Amazing food, great staff and the entertainment was top notch. Cant wait for my next visit

Unfortunately, I had a bad situation here happen with a “ primary guest” who I met at Temptations. I was hoping the venue would include a “safe room” for when things go wrong as it is an adult sexual friendly hotel with unlimited alcohol. After having a meeting with human resources they still didn’t put in a safe room so just be careful of this when you go. I was just put out onto the street when something went wrong. That four was at 4 in the morning. Besides this the hotel is extremely fun if you were looking for wild party experience.

I arrived earlier than the check-in time and whilst the room was not ready, I was allowed to start using the all-inclusive services hours beforehand. So i had a good 3 hours extra use of the drinks etc before my check-in time. On the day of check-out, they allow you to use the facilities up to 6pm, so you can get an extra 7 hours of food and drink after your checkout time. Whilst I only stayed two nights, i only went to one A La Carte restaurant on the second evening, the food was very good, i wished i had of went to another one on the first night, as it really added value to the hotel costs as the standard buffet restaurants were a bit bland. Plenty of drinks options and bars available during the day, bars open late every night, typically in European all-inclusive places they stop the bars around 11/12.

The resort is well equipped. The staff show a genuine sense of care and high level of customer service. A unique service offering and a lot of fun from wake up to sleeping.
