The staff were very attentive and helpful. The hotel felt safe. The room i was given was bigger than most and was cleaned religiously daily. The hotel was also very clean and smelled good.

Location, staff, and facilities were all perfect. Kids' activities and daily shows were amazing. We will definitely stay again in this hotel.

The room is comfortable, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is well-equipped. The food in the restaurant is very good, with plenty of options. The bartenders' service is very good, as is the pool and kids' club staff. The facilities in general are very well maintained, as is the beach. The evening shows are of very good quality and are highly recommended. There was a bartender at the pool bar named Pucul, my compliments on his attitude and service—very good. As was Azucena at the Kids Club, excellent customer service from both of them.

There is no NUTELLA for breakfast, and there is no BACON either. The juices are average, I expected better juices
