Upon check-in photo identification and the credit card used to make the reservation is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.The Chianti Restaurant is available only for stays of 3 nights minimum in the All Inclusive plan. Restrictions may apply.The Umami restaurant is only available for stays of a minimum of 5 nights on an all-inclusive basis. Restrictions may apply.One extra child or adult will be charged USD 150 extra per person per night when using existing beds.Up to two children from 0 to 5 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.Please be informed that remodeling work will be taking place in the lobby area. The work will be carried out from Monday to Sunday between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. for a period of 3 weeks starting on June 30. It is important to mention that no guest attraction areas will be affected.Please be informed that the Bellavista Restaurant will be closed for remodeling starting on August 11. Breakfast service will be offered at the Deck Restaurant for approximately 3 months. The remodeling work will take place from Monday to Sunday between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The all-inclusive package was very generous and had everything we needed. Both the food and drinks were delicious with a wide variety to choose from. The entertainment program was well-organized, suitable for all ages, and left little to be desired. The à la carte restaurants included in the package also offered great options and quality.
