Picking up our keys could not have been simpler, we got a taxi straight to the guard house where the security guard(s) provided our keys. The property is behind the shopping centre with a guarded entrance that makes it feel safe. Access to the beach was superb. From our room, it was no more than than a 3 minute walk to the back of the property, through the swimming pool to the beach. The actual beach area was well maintained and due to how we accessed it, felt exclusive. The location was ideal for what we needed as we were in the middle of the hotel zone, so accessing the Northern Playa Chacmool or Southern Playa Delfines was just as easy. The bed was possibly the most comfortable I have slept on in a long while. the kitchen was well stocked and you could easily cook a great meal, especially an Oxo a few tens of feet away! the apartment had aircon in both our bedroom and the living area so we were kept cool the entire time.

(+) excellent location, between the Marlin Beach and Kukulkan Plaza (+) the street is very quite, just like the building (+) the staircases, the corridors, but even the elevators are cleaned every day (+) wonderful beach (+) OXXO store cca. 150 meters, thereat you may buy your Telmex prepaid card for tourists (+) within the plaza on the 1st floor there is Soriana supermarket - everything what you need to eat, to drink (+) the bus station is cca. 300 meters, excellent connection to downtown or to Zona Hotelera (+) helpful staff at the beach and around the pool
