Very good location, good AI options, good food, very friendly and attentive staff (esp barkeeper Fernando at the poolbar). Large and clean rooms.

All was great other than there were repair works to the render which meant that we couldn’t use the balcony and there was debris all over our balcony every day. No options to relocate unless we didn’t want the view we paid for.

Terrific place! Everything was great, the beach, the pool area and the restaurants. Very professional and nice and friendly staff. We wish we could have stayed longer...

Location. The best part of the Cancun.Big room, big bathroom in altitude tower. Good breakfast the best omletem that we had in all hotels and we have been in one hundred hotels
