tried to book the airport shuttle with them but ended up taking a taxi on my own. very unreachable even asked booking.com to call.. still no response…

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. I liked the white towels and huge mirrors. The space was very well organised and the room was easy to access via many lifts. The Reception staff were excellent and they could speak English and always ready to answer any questions. I could leave my bags with no issue when I got there early. Check out time is 12-12:30pm, so plenty of time to get ready to leave with no pressure. Easy access to shopping mall.
