Very handy for centre of Cancun, just 20 mins away. This is a very quiet area, but some of the guests were a tad rowdy-did not affect me, but my friend was kept awake

We could use cold drinking water and hot water for preparing tea or coffee which was free. There were chairs and tables on a terrase besides rooms for resting. Free extra towels for a beach.
