Prominent feature of hotel is beach right next to it that is less populated. I have been here at the end of July and it was almost empty. Super in my opinion. Also there is a bus stop on the other side. You can use red bus for 12 pesos per ride provided you know where you go in Cancún. Also the staff keeps the place clean and secure. Hardly anything to worry about. The proprietor was very polite, quick to respond and answered all my question. You dont need a hotel with food service. There are plenty of places you can go for dinner or lunch. And you can buy and take with you cause there is fridge in appartment. Btw there is a nice rock between Carisa y Palma and Coco bongo lunapark which izolates the noise from there. Ao its been a great place to relax. Great place for solo or couple travel. As a full day trip you can book on get your guide app excursion to Chichen Itzá temple. Great to visit.

Location was te absolute best! Stunning ocean view and in walking distance of the clubs and bars! Loved how in 2 minutes you can have access to the beach and there is a private spot with beds for guests of the building.

I cannot recommend this place enough! Please, if you visit Cancun do yourself a favor and stay here. The location is amazing, just in front of a stunning beach and a stone's throw from a large grocery store and the Cancun Center (if you're visiting for work). You wake up with a view of the sea. Can't think of a better way to start your day. The kitchen is well equipped, the shower has a lot of pressure and hot water all day, towels and linen are provided. It feels like home.
