The 24h checkin process was super good. I arrived in cancun quite late and didn't know if I would find somewhere reasonably priced with this option. The 2 people from staff that I interacted with during my short 1-day stay were very friendly and supportive.

Location to plaza Las Americas, downtown, the hotel zone. Price pool, reasonable breakfast costs. Free toiletries.
