Perfect location and house, for all our needs for the weekend away for the family. Pool table was a hit with the young ones and the spacious house was amazing.

Location was convenient. Property has reasonable number of rooms. Pool table and other playing items were definitely a plus. The carpet on the pool table needs changing so are playinh ques as some are missing tips.

Location is perfect especially Soverign hill and places to dine out. Ballarat main CBD was only a few minutes drive away so easy to visit. Pool table created lots of laughs and the size of the rooms and house overall accommodated 9 of us without any problems. The bathroom showers are awesome and helped rejuvenate yourself after a full day exploring Ballarat.
