Apparently we had not booked beforehand (& on arrival we could not find the booking so couldn't have done) but the very nice receptionist got us a room. They stored a bag for us for 4 days whilst we went to the Pantanal. The lovely receptionist also helped with sorting the drinks order

We used this hotel as a stopover on the way to the airport from the wetlands and were very pleasantly surprised by it. The staff were really friendly and spoke great english, breakfast was amazing and the rooms were big, clean and comfortable (lovely big beds with good quality sheets). It was everything we needed!

Excellent breakfast with lots of choices. Modern, clean room. Polite friendly staff on reception and restaurant. Good location near the airport for overnight stay. Great value for money.

Its a nice comfortable hotel with a nice room and bed and shower. Everything worked well and reception was nice and helpful. It was a 5-10 minute uber ride to the restaurant and bars but the location was still nice.
