I noticed the property because of photos of the view, and after reading a lot of good reviews decided to book it. I wasn't disappointed at all! Spacious apartment in lovely Calpe, with amazing view! ❤️❤️❤️ The panoramic windows allowed us to fully enjoy the it. The location is very good, 2 minutes walk from the beach, there is various infrastructure nearby - a supermarket, McDonald's, cafes and restaurants. 20 min walk from the bus station, 15 min walk from historical centre (highly recommened to visit). The building and the property were in very good condition, everything was new and clean. Comfy beds. The property has everything you need - dishwasher, washing machine, kitchenware, and even iron. It wasn't clear from the photos, but, luckily, after arrival we discovered that there were 2 bathrooms - we had 4 girls in our trip and it was our lifesaver. Staff was friendly and communicative, they sent us all instructions before arrival. Some people complained about 30 EUR penalty after checking out - please read everything they sent to you with your eyes, not your asses.

nice apartment. great location. good car parking. owners v helpful when I thought we had lost the apartment keys on the last day. nice and clean. good view to the beach. everything seemed pretty new.

The apartment is on the 12th floor of a 13 storey building, with great views to the sea and along the beach. It is ideally placed for walks along the promenade and for access to the town which is a few minutes walk away. It was very clean and nicely presented when we arrived. The large double bed was comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with a good-sized fridge/freezer and dishwasher and a washing machine in the lobby area. The agency staff were extremely helpful when we had questions and quickly provided upgraded kitchen equipment when we drew their attention to the missing or damaged items.
