A cozy, sweet home that has everything you need and even more for everyone who decides to stay here. The house is located in a very quiet area, the evening silence will delight you and let you enjoy the romance of Spanish nights. Not far from home you can find cute cafes, cozy restaurants and various shops. On foot you can reach the promenade and enjoy the sea. The house is well fenced and your privacy will be preserved at any time, on the roof of the house there is a terrace where you can watch sunsets and sunrises against the backdrop of the beautiful architecture of the city and the bewitching sea. Nice clean pool which has two levels of depth good for all family members. In the garden you can find everything you need to grill, there is lighting throughout the garden and in the pool too so it looks amazing in the evening. Separately, I would like to mention the owner of the house who can solve any problem or any desire in the shortest possible time. His concern for guests gives a feeling of comfort and security. He treats with great respect and understanding to any situation in which you may be. Amazing house and his owner❤️
