An overnight stay, staff very helpful, room was spacious and the bed comfy, buffet breakfast was well catered for. Stayed here on several occasions.

Overall our stay was good. My main complaint is the pool, one of the reasons we chose to stay at the Port O' Call. The main pool was very cold, the two hot tubs in the main pool area were out of order, and the pool and hot tub adjacent to the fitness room were also out of order. It meant the main pool was packed no matter the time of day and even my kids, who are pretty adaptable and don't mind the cold, complained about the pool temperature. We always stay at the Port O' Call when we are in Calgary, but because a pool and hot tub are non-negotiables for us, we would consider staying elsewhere next time.
