The size of the property, location. There were Facilities at the property not advertised, i.e. iron and hairdryer. The agent was very obliging when asking if we could have an early check-in and a late checkout which she was able to arrange for us for an additional €30

The en-suite was a double sink in the main bedroom and bed was comfortable enough.

It's a nice, spacious, comfortable upper floor of a villa. It has a well equipped kitchen and a nice terrace. The owners, an elderly couple lived downstairs.
