The food , the staffs are very friendly, the rooms are very clean and me and my family had a good time..we will definitely come back again.

This hotel offers so much entertainment for children. A lot to do with under 5 as well. There are 4pools, shows, soft play, etc. Outdoor space is brilliant. Location is very good. It is clean and well organised. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The variety of food was great! My husband, I and my daughter could choose a lot of types. The aquapark for kids fantastic, my daughter was so happy. The all inclusive alcohol was not good, not variety, the cocktails were not tasty. So I drunk only Cava and bear.

We liked the location, even though it’s not close to the beach, because there was a shuttle during the day (at least during our stay in June). The area around Calle Mallorca is great, as it's in the middle of a beautiful part of the island, with many famous beaches both to the north and south, and easy to reach by car. If you don’t have a car, there’s a public bus stop right in front of the hotel. The pools are perfect for children, with three pools in total, two of them with water parks. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and we had no problems with the service. The all-inclusive made things much easier, especially when returning from the beach without having to worry about food. The room was great for a couple, with a nice balcony, good air conditioning, and everything was clean and comfortable. The free parking lot next to the hotel was also very convenient. It was not covered, and no access control, but we always found a spot.
