It's close to the beach and a river side food point. Couple of pubs around and a wine shop next door. There are excellent food joints like Toro Toro in a few feet. Worth the price you pay. Good for a group of friends who wouldn't spend lot of time in room and use it only to sleep and freshenup. Hosts are excellent

This is an excellent experience and unforgettable memories. Once I stayed and spoke with staff i thought I should recommend this property for your Stay otherwise it would be unfair. Very nice, helpful and friendly staff. They are very committed to serve you anytime.

Room is very comfortable and it's just like a home , Especially it's new , Need to say about the manager Kabir very friendly and guided us for all north and south goa trip with the fantastic travels 😀, Also he arranged a rented bike for exploring Goa on our own , Thanks Kabir all the best 👍
