From the moment I stepped into the resort until the day of my departure, the hospitality extended was truly second to none. The staff, a dedicated team of professionals, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfection. What stood out the most during my stay was the genuine warmth and friendliness of the entire staff. Every member, from the management to the service team, displayed a level of sincerity that is often rare to find. They were not just employees; they became like family during my time there. This personalized touch made my stay all the more memorable. A special shout-out goes to the General Manager, Mr. Roland McKenzie, whose leadership clearly set the tone for the exceptional service provided. His commitment to ensuring guests' satisfaction was evident in every aspect of the resort's operations. The culinary experience at Lazy Lagoon was a gastronomic delight. The resort boasts the best food I have ever encountered at any resort. The variety of dishes offered was not only impressive but also catered to diverse palates. Each meal was a culinary journey, showcasing the skill and passion of the resort's chefs. The staff at this hotel were amazing. Every request regardless of how small or large was dealt with immediately. The customer service is second to none. The location was convenient to get to Baja and further north to Anjuna.

I paid 10 thousand per night for the room without breakfast. This was really disappointing.
