The property is a must because of its proximity to the calangute beach. The staff Manish and Ravi helped us throughout out stay and were very generous. A must visit place for food , comfort, and amazing beach views..

Location is the main highlight. Just 100 mtr to Calangute beach. Big size room and bathroom with balcony Clean and decent room. No fancy and premium type of hotel. So set the expectations accordingly if you're looking for a premium one, this is not for u. Basic stuff with a clean and big room with beach access. That's all. You get tea coffee maggie bread omelette etc in front of the hotel, one aunty selling it at her home. Baga circle is approx 1.3 km. I used to do my morning walk. On the way to Sai restaurant for breakfast. Overall good stay for 3 nights with a family of 4. Manish the caretaker is a good person.

The room is clean and spacious, balcony is nice. Service is good, staff are friendly. Just 100m from the beach
