The pros - the location is excellent, close to a lovely calm cove and restaurants. There’s a bus stop opposite the hotel that has buses running to Ciutadella which is very convenient. Most of the hotel staff was nice other than a couple of people. Lots of variety at breakfast. Pool area was very nice too. Also appreciated that we got a bottle of bubbles for the inconvenience caused by recurring noise/drilling.

Newly renovated to a high standard. Rooms excellent, breakfast buffet food and pool area lovely.

We actually were contacted by the hotel to say as they were closing the apartments for refurbishment they were offering a room in the hotel. Not quite what we booked but nevertheless happy to do this so long as we had a nice seaview room. This was granted and we were on the 4th floor so had a great view of the sea and beach. Simple but clean and functional rooms. The whole hotel was clean, staff were nice( liked it if you made an effort with a Spanish word or two!) bars were well stocked and good pool area. Not busy due to it being October so didn’t struggle to get a sunbed but I can imagine in peak season space could be an issue. Location was fab.. very close to the lovely marina which had lots of bars and restaurants and lovely even just for a wander. Beach was lovely but small( for busy times I expect it’s rammed!) and you would have to pay €20 for 2 sun beds per day. We walked around the corner of the beach around the rocks and found lots of little coves which were gorgeous!

I was upgraded to the Cala n' Bosch hotel so I don't know what the apartments are like. The hotel room had stunning views of the sea, was clean and the bed was comfy. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Great variety of food for the buffets. The salads were amazing but hot food not so great.
