Excellent family hotel friendly hardworking staff from the cleaners to the restaurant entertainment and reception staff. We arrived at 8 in the morning and despite check in being at 2 we were sent for breakfast and had our room key not long after 10 superb customer service. Really can't fault this hotel especially for young children. A safe and relaxing environment.

As we went at the beginning of the season, the hotel was nice and quiet. We were very impressed with the resort and the staff were great.

Friendly staff, pretty good value for money (only accomodation, we had a self-catering apartement), free parking (on street but plenty of space everywhere). Enough sunbeds at pool (early June so off-season). Easy 10 minutes walk to Cala Bona port or Cala Millor promenade/beach with plenty good restaurants.

It's s nice area overall, quiet, with a lot of pine trees and shadow. It was also a big plus for us that it was possible to dine outside. The hotel territory is nice, especially bar area near the main pool. The food was pretty good for 3*. Great variety of outdoor sports facilities.
