We had a great stay overall! The staff were all lovely and welcoming, the food was great—especially the Italian restaurant and the generous breakfast buffet. Room service was also solid. The hotel itself is clean, beautiful, and peaceful, and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We especially loved the Health Center’s pools—they were absolutely fantastic.

Overall, this is a very beautiful hotel with a stunning garden — except for the pool access rooms, which are not on the same level as the rooms in the main building. The staff is professional and kind, but if someone is looking to relax, this is not the right hotel. There is a wedding or an event every single day, often with loud music that goes late into the night. This especially affects the rooms by the pool or with a pool view. Unfortunately, we were not informed about this either at the time of booking or during check-in, so we couldn’t sleep the first night. We were upgraded to an executive suite facing the golf course, which was much better, but even there, loud piano music or events inside the hotel caused noise. It’s a perfect venue for events, but not suitable for those who want peace and quiet.

A beautiful hotel, with lots of culture and history around each corner. The lady playing the harp and the jazz band were particularly impressive. The room was spacious and comfy. The Plateau restaurant served delicious food and the outdoor seating was relaxing by the lake. The only comment I have is regarding the corridors leading to the pool-side rooms, these corridors need an urgent makeover, and a partition should be put to hide this scrapyard space we meet along the corridors.
