Really clean, all needed facilities and a helpful host. Got some cookies, candies and coffee included as well as some water. The location is also great, only 2min from bus/train station. The building is very authentic and pretty. Top floor makes the ceilings look really cool in the rooms.

Great location as it's near the train station and near the city center so everything is in walking distance. Clean and comfortable. Has AC. Super kind host who speaks English.

The room was comfortable, at a very central location in Cagliari, and the hostess thought of everything you might need during your stay, from how well equipped the room was to coffee, tea, and even cookies at the common area. She was very pleasant and helpful even before we checked in, when we asked to leave our luggage there for a few hours! I definitely recommend Mani rooms.
