So close (walking distance) to 6 shopping malls and restaurants. Guards and concierge were very hospitable and friendly. Pool is good however you have to pay 100 pesos for weekdays and 150 pesos on weekends (this is common in the Philippines). Some condos would even charge 300 pesos. Nice and safety parking area (again, it’s a 300 pesos per day). HOT SHOWER WAS THE BEST THING IN THIS CONDO. Philippines condo usually cannot provide hot water because of some building system etc or wrong structure of the building. But who knows?!?

I rarely give comments to the hotels that i have stayed in, but the owner of this unit deserves a good feedback and for letting us adjust our stay in his place. The location is just really accessible to the 3 malls in CDO. The guard and the staff are really helpful esp in getting a taxi. The unit is perfect for a group who wants to have a comfortable place to stay in. The honesty store in the unit is way cheaper than in 7-11. Will consider this again on our next stay. Thank you!

The view from top was fantastic. Everything were organized and clean. There was even an honesty store. Well-equipped! My kids and I had a fantastic stay!

like the location and amenities, staff in building very nice. The property was a very good size. Nice pool.
