I liked everything about the property and location, especially the views of those mountains behind! The drive up to the property was breathtaking. There are fantastic walking routes directly outside the property in all directions, the old quarry and ruins around the property are lovely. It was tidy, not too cluttered and had everything you need in order to cater for yourselves. I am definitely looking forwards to my next holiday in Wales. For those concerned about the road up there based on other reviews, it is narrow, and it is made of slate, it is a little bumpy but we saw all sorts of cars using it including a fiat 500 (taking their tiny dog for a walk) so it is useable and accessible - just take it slow and appreciate the views.

Wonderful location and views from what felt like the top of the world! Amazing sunsets over the Menai Strait. Well equipped and comfortable.

Cute and comfy cottage. Spacious and clean. modern amenities. the hosts were easy to get in touch with. Nice touch that they provided some milk/ eggs/ bread and delicious welsh cake on arrival. was so nice and peaceful. at night we could see stars as it was pitch black and quiet. really lovely place. Just the route to find the place was a bit tricky and via a rough track. but overall - would 100% recommend.

The cottage was in a stunning location overlooking the Nantile Ridge (the quarry on the other side maybe wasn't as pretty) and was very peaceful. The facilities within the cottage were superb - we had everything we needed. We struggled to find the switch for the fridges the first day but a call to the owners was sorted extremely efficiently.
