The communication with Sebastien was fast and responsive. He answered all our questions in quick time. He explained very well how to gain access to the apartment and parking garage. The 2 bedroomed apartment is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, the apartment spacious. There was a fully fitted kitchen and washer/dryer. The apartment is on the 3 floor which offers a lovely view of the city. It also has a long balcony for brilliant viewing. Right in the centre of town at the side of the castle with a view of the cathedral. Its location was perfect for an evening stroll around town. Cafes bars and restaurants are right across the road. Also, it is a perfect location for visiting the D Day Normandy landing sights by day. I would highly recommend a stay here to anyone visiting Caen

Fantastic location Great Balcony Loved the fact that the host left coffee capsules etc … makes such a difference as we were on bikes

The accommodation is in a beautiful location in the center of Caen. The city is beautiful and has a great pedestrian zone.

Location is great with a great view. The apartment was nicely decorated and the bed were very comfy
