Excellent location, close to the centre. Excellent for a short stay without a car to enjoy Caen. In my case, to watch the Tour de France stage. Friendly, helpful staff.

The location was perfect for me at a quiet end of Caen withing walking distance of the conference venue , trams and attractions. The room was ideal for a solo traveller. Clean warm and quiet. Break fast was adequate.
